We’re excited to invite our Trade Training Program (TTP) members to express their interest in attending NT Muster 2025 - Tourism NT’s signature trade roadshow.
This year, we’re introducing a refreshed format based on valuable feedback from past participants. We’ve reimagined the format to foster deeper engagement and better outcomes for both agents and operators. The 2025 events will be invitation-only, welcoming a maximum of 60 agents per city, giving you the chance to engage meaningfully with NT operators in a structured setting.
Event Details:
- Melbourne: Tuesday, 9 September 2025 at the Crowne Plaza Melbourne
- Brisbane: Wednesday, 10 September 2025 at the Calile Hotel
- Sydney: Thursday, 11 September 2025 at Hilton Sydney
Time: Registration from 4:30pm, the event will start at 5.00 pm sharp, ending at 8:00pm (includes drinks & canapés)
During the event, you’ll meet and connect with 20 NT operators through small-group sit-down appointments. This is a fantastic opportunity to strengthen your NT knowledge and grow your professional network.
All attending agents are required to meet with every participating NT operator.
It will be – as always - a fun and engaging evening, complete with canapés, drinks, and the chance to win fantastic high-value prize packages to the Northern Territory.

If selected, we’ll contact you directly with a confirmation. Otherwise, we’ll place you on a waitlist and notify you if a spot becomes available.
